Delete your TinyBond account

Last updated: October 26, 2026

You can delete your account whenever you like, in the app or by writing to us.

In the app

1. Open TinyBond and tap the gear in the top-right corner.
2. Tap your name at the top of Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Read what will go, then tap Permanently delete account.

Without the app

Write to hello@tinybond.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll check that it's really you, delete it, and write back when it's done, within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no waiting period and no undo.

  • If you're the only person in your family, everything goes: the family, your child, every log.
  • If you're the Owner and someone else is in your family, hand the family over or ask them to leave first. The app will tell you.
  • If you were invited into someone's family, your account goes and you leave the family. The logs you saved stay with the family, without your name.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule, within 7 days.
  • Anything saved only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
  • Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
